Our approach

Personal, practical and without a waiting list

No endless intake procedures. You get your first session quickly and we start right away with what works for you.

Sometimes it feels as if you are being pulled back by an invisible elastic band — every time you try to move forward. Together we look at that hidden tension and make room for a lighter life. You don't have to do it alone.

Step by step

What a therapy journey looks like

From first contact to completion — clear and at your own pace.

  1. Getting to know each other

You reach out via WhatsApp, phone or the sign-up form. We often schedule an introductory session within a few days.

  2. Clarifying what's going on

In the first session we map out together what's on your mind and what you want to achieve. No endless questionnaires.

  3. Working together

We work purposefully with an approach that suits you — conversation, Smarttapping and EFT, EMDR or movement outdoors.

  4. Rounding off and holding on

Journeys are short and focused, on average five to ten sessions. You continue with practical tools you can apply yourself.
