About this training
Adding a new intervention to your established toolkit isn't always easy. How do you, as a professional, get the most out of Smarttapping during a session? That is what these days are about: lots of practice, sharing knowledge with peers and answers to your questions.
Each deepening day has its own theme — think of anxiety, stress and negative thoughts, being overstrained, high sensitivity or core beliefs. As a participant you help shape the themes that are covered.
There is also attention for the OpenMind app and how to use it in your treatment or coaching — and of course for connecting with and broadening your professional network.
